The future is bright.
Help make it brighter.
Partner with Kiwanis Doernbecher Children’s Cancer Program to add a measure of security and predictability to our fundraising.
The first thing you should know is that our fundraising goal is achievable.
Our donors have enabled us to meet our goal every year since 1997. We fund the salary and benefits of two Fellows in the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program at OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
The impact of a small monthly donation is tremendous.
With your money, two physicians per year are trained over three years to become physician scientists who will treat patients, conduct research, run clinical trials, and train other doctors.
These physician scientists will have careers that span up to forty years! Talk about a gift that keeps on giving! Your gift grows exponentially over time.
We keep our overhead down by being a volunteer organization.
That means more of your dollar goes directly to training the Fellows who directly impact children’s cancer and blood disorders.
We’re making progress defeating children’s cancer. That’s because new treatments come from research, and research comes from specialized training like the training our Fellows get.
Give our Fellows a chance to defeat children’s cancer.
Become a sustaining partner and share in the victory.
All partners will be recognized in an annual pamphlet distributed to the supporters and the public as a token of our boundless gratitude.
