Official Rules

The Dinner Anywhere Raffle ticket price is $100 each, with no discounts for multiple tickets purchased. Nomore than 1,000 tickets will be sold. Ticket purchaser must be physically within the State of Oregon and 18years or older at time of purchase. Net proceeds go to Kiwanis Doernbecher Children’s Cancer Programsupporting Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, Portland, OR.

Prize: Travel mode of choice to destination of choice from origin of choice, accommodations of choice, anddining of choice. Travel Insurance shall be included for travel and accommodations. Maximum value of theprize shall be $20,000 US, including a $5,000 US VISA card. The VISA cash card will have a maximum valueof $5,000 US to be used for incidental expenses or income taxes at the winner’s request.

All travel arrangements will be booked through Roger Robertson of All Ways Traveling, 2617 NE HolmesRoad, Lincoln City, OR, USA 97367. No right of cash refunds allowed to the winner from vendors or thetravel agent. The prize is transferable.

Drawing to be held at 6:45 pm on Labor Day, Monday, September 5, 2022, at the Oregon State FairgroundFair Booth, 2330 17th Street NE Salem, OR 97301. The winner need not be present to win. After notification,winner has six (6) months to pay $5,000 federal tax deposit and claim prize, and twelve (12) additionalmonths to schedule and complete all travel.

Winner agrees to hold harmless the Kiwanis Doernbecher Children’s Cancer Program, All Ways Traveling,Doernbecher Children’s Hospital and all affiliates of any liability of incidents winner may incur.
